How I work

We talk by phone, skype, or email to plan your first project. We decide on the schedule for the first draft and final edits at this time. Everything we discuss will be confirmed with a brief letter of agreement.
Once you supply me with any details, logos, and information, I need to get the project done I will get started.
I require 50% of the agreed-upon fee by credit card or PayPal to start a project unless we have set up a monthly recurring fee schedule for services.

For questions, new ideas, and feedback on the work, it is best to use my Project Form and collect all your concerns in one place, so I don’t miss anything. I request feedback within seven days of completing a draft or section of a project.
If the client is non-responsive for longer than 14 days, the project is considered terminated.

To be agreed upon with a delivery schedule before we begin work with a written agreement.

Scope = what we have defined earlier as the deliverables.
Scope change = anything the client wants to add after that.
Any change in scope will be agreed upon in writing and pending availability. Any additional requests will be billed at an hourly rate of $60

Kill Fee Policy for projects that are canceled partway through

  • Cancellation of project less than 30 days before beginning job a 5% kill fee is charged
  • Cancellation occurs during phase 1 a 10% kill fee is charged
  • Cancellation happens during phase 2 a 20% kill fee is charged

Late payments will be charged a 2% service fee compounded daily.

No refunds will be provided after work has commenced.

However, Provider agrees to make appropriate adjustments in accordance with her professional opinion within 30 days or less, with attempts to resolve areas of concern. If no resolution can be found Client may retain rights to all intellectual property and Client and Provider agree to terminate the relationship.
